Simon Reeve visits five self-declared countries whose independence is generally unrecognised by the outside world: Somaliland (a beak away region of Somalia), Transnistria (Moldova), Nagorno-Karabakh (Azerbaijan), Ajaria, South Ossetia and Abkhazia (all Georgia) and Taiwan (China).
