Spin-off of "General Hospital" focusing on the professional and personal lives of the first year interns at Port Charles' General Hospital. Now residents at the hospital, the doctors and their friends and families are constantly threatened by Dr. Greg Cooper who may or may not be the General Homicide killer. Cooper tries to get revenge on all of them because he was dropped from the hospital's intern program.
